Wix is one of the largest construction kits for websites. Among them is the “Restaurant” module. It allows you to create a menu in no time at all in order to take online orders and receive payments. MERGEPORT introduced a two-way interface to integrate WIX Restaurants with your system.

Setup a page with WIX Restaurants. Please check that you are using the correct version: https://www.wix.com/app-market/wix-restaurants-orders-new
Configure payment methods, order settings, pick-up and delivery settings.
1. Open Automations in your WIX Dashboard
Go to your WIX site dashboard and click on Automations in the left menu.
2. Create a new automation
Click + New Automation in the top right and select Start from Scratch.
3. Name your automation
Click the title at the top to give your automation a clear name (e.g., “Send orders to MERGEPORT”).
4. Choose the trigger
Select the following trigger:
👉 Wix Restaurants Orders (New) → Order Created
5. Add an action
Click + to add a step → Select Action → Send HTTP Request
6. Configure the HTTP request
Method: POST
Payload/body: Full payload (default option in WIX)
We use the WIX Site ID as the restaurant identifier in MERGEPORT.
📌 To find it, copy it from your WIX dashboard URL. Example:

Please use this ID in the MERGEPORT controller for the WIX integration.
