Your Role

As a Product Manager at Mergeport, you will be the driving force behind the success of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Define and prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, data analysis, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the development team to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Drive the product development process through all stages, from conception to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve product offerings.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the product and provide guidance and support to sales and marketing teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the software or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile project management tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Innovative and customer-focused mindset, with a keen eye for identifying and solving customer pain points.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures and APIs is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
