Item Mapping
The Naramis POS tries to match incoming order items by text/title and/or POS Item ID. If Naramis is unable to assign an article, the “default article” is assigned and its name overwritten. The order is imported anyway.
This is followed by a system message with the information that the assignment did not work. It is also visible in the order screen that no assignment has taken place.
