The DISH POS by Metro is a modern and smart all-in-one cloud-based cash register system to manage restaurant businesses and optimize operational flows. MERGEPORT has partnered with DISH to create a bi-directional interface to integrate with ordering platforms and manage online orders more easily.
Activate a MERGEPORT restaurant in the MERGEPORT controller
Enter the KH number of the DISH POS and the silo in the configuration of the restaurant in the MERGEPORT controller.
The KH number identifies the POS and the silo is the subdomain we need to connect the DISH services. (usually country specific, e.g. “germany”)

Mapping
The DISH POS can handle unmapped items. The incoming product (if not able to be mapped to an existing product) will be mapped to a predefined fallback item.
Status
The POS sends acceptedByPos upon incoming order. No manual interaction necessary.
