We support the synchronization of orders, order updates, menu items and payments. Still, the details are up to the POS. Check the integrations page for more details.
Lastly, the process is up to the POS as it knows the customers/restaurants the best. Still, there are some guidelines. Roughly said, the orders are injected in the production chain of the restaurant as every order. That means that also printers, kitchen monitors and everything connected to the POS is active.
That’s fully up to you. Based on our experience, it takes our partners approx. 2-3 weeks to fully integrate and test our API.
After the integration, we will connect you with our POS partners to set up a dev device. If the integration passes the tests, we can coordinate a setup for a first pilot customers. We will guide you through the first installations.
